Revolución o reforma: las aporías entre soberanía política y emancipación
Abstract
Starting from the problematic within the socialist tradition that opposes “revolution” to “reform”, we reflect on the meaning of these models of change in contemporary societies where there is a growth of informal powers. The democratic theoryconsiders that modern political sovereignty is a reflexive structure; the socialist theory sees in rupture the source of change, although it is sustained in a statist model that closes the possibility of politics. It is argued that the failure of both models, linked to the rise of the necrophilic form of capitalism illustrates the limits of popular sovereignty as a model of law production and places resistance and disobedience at the center of the understanding social change.Additional Files
