Abstract

Convenience stores are easily recognized nowadays, as they dominate their commercial category due to their rapid development. Being establishments of wide scope it is of the utmost importance to examine the elements that have been studied so far regarding their constitution, development and operation, since this will allow us to more easily identify the problems that may arise in labor matters. The objective of this work is to know the current situation of convenience stores, in terms of their operation, functioning, hiring processes and working conditions through the main investigations that exist so far in this regard, in order to determine the known field and the pending to know in terms of the forms of hiring that occur in these stores
