Constitucionalismo, bioderecho y plasticidad de lo vivo
Abstract
Kant’s transcendental thought about causal knowledge and the categoricalimperative has left aside his reflective thought. In the Critique of judgment, the philosopher systematizes knowledge in literary communication and linksto biological teleology. But philosophy does not address it. Malabou talksabout the “epigenetic turn” in neurobiology, discussing with the philosopher. He finds that the deliberative culture in literature and the engagement withnature rival the technocratic and mercantile ideology. The plasticity of life,of the genome, of the nervous system must be considered by the constituentand the legislature to develop deliberative democracy. Only then will webe able to talk about the concepts of bioethics and biolaw, and decide thetransformations that we have to verify to guard the future of interspecies.Additional Files
