Abstract

We need to know how to discern between a tyrannical government, which reproduces submission and violence, and a legitimate government that privileges the communication and plasticity of the nervous system. Each one involves different forms of life; some bet on an inclusive social game, which pacifies citizenship and develops its perception; others, on an excluding game, which leaves citizens individualized and violent. We have experienced a biopolitical normalization, which has been presented as the instrumentalizing biopower of the living. We need knowledge of the possibilities inscribed in the very structure of the living (self-knowledge, plasticity), to be able to carry out a biological resistance to biopolitics. We need symbolic language, in order to engage in an ecology conceived as interrelationality in which to transform ourselves.
