Equilibrios procesales. La víctima del delito en el sistema garantista y en el proceso penal acusatorio en México
Abstract
The inclusion of rights for victims of crimes in Criminal Justice disrupts the nature of the Guarantee System partially assumed in Mexico, through the accusatory procedural formula and the incorporation of instrumental guarantees. Criminal Guarantee does not include victims of crimes in its epistemic roots, nor in its systematization, nor in its teleology. The article critically analyzes the way in which victims have been included in the accusatory criminal process in Mexico.Additional Files
