Sindicatos y nuevas tecnologías. Primera aproximación

Abstract

This paper presents some ideas that show the impact that new technologies arehaving on the life and organization of unions. Likewise, the argument is developedaccording to which some of the basic and traditional concepts of labor law arebeing affected by these changes and thus also impacting the unions; in the same way,some cases of how the labor legislation has been taking up and regulating thesechanges are commented.
