Experiencias con la tramitación urgente de juicios de amparo en casos de personas solicitantes de refugio

Abstract

The constitutional reform in the field of human rights of 2011 and the issuance and publication of the new Amparo Law of 2013, implied several additions to the Mexican legal system related to refugee status, making its judicialization more complex for various reasons.
