Abstract
Responsible Business Conduct (RCB) focuses on respecting and protecting the human rights of priority groups, particularly on avoiding discriminatory or harmful practices. It should also promote diversity and equal opportunities within companies, regardless of the origin, gender or other personal characteristics of employees. International cooperation and compliance with global standards are essential, with an emphasis on the obligation of States to enforce human rights legislation, especially in companies that pose a greater risk to vulnerable groups. Companies must constantly evaluate their practices to ensure that inequalities do not persist and take proactive steps to include all groups in their strategies and operations.Additional Files
