Algunos escenarios que muestran la expansión del derecho penal en México. Desde una perspectiva realista y crítica

Abstract

The expansion of criminal law has occurred in different historical periods. The present writings show its presence in Mexico in current times, a situation that is experienced in a similar way in various countries, especially in countries of our region. It is a legal phenomenon that cannot be stopped from being analyzed from a realistic and critical perspective, in order not only to evidence and describe it, but to go in search of paradigms or perspectives that bring us closer to real solutions regarding the expansion of criminal law and the criminal issue in general.
