Abstract

The booklet explains the conceptual consequences of the depersonalization of the subject that develops the conception of the enemy’s criminal law, taking into account theoretical and philosophical foundations of the legal field. In this sense, it expresses the status of a person and its importance for the protection of rights and the coherence of criminal discourse.
