Abstract

Education is a fundamental weapon that equips people, children and adults, of tools to overcome poverty, overcome inequalities and find better development opportunities. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to analyze how the right to education has been protected in the Mexican judicial headquarters. The aim is to unravel, based on the study of jurisprudential criteria, the positions that the federal courts have assumed regarding the delivery, development and effectiveness of the right to education in Mexico.
