El consecuencialismo humanitario como sistema geopolítico

Abstract

Human rights are a fundamental part of the international discussion on the use of force and its limits, having as its main topic its relationship with humanitarian interventions. On that subject, in recent decades a system of civilizational domination has emerged, humanitarian imperialism which, in turn, is nourished by a concrete ethical philosophy. Consequently, the objective of this text is a basic qualitative theoretical analysis, with a historical-analytical methodology, on the emergence and development of humanitarian consequentialism; so it will be necessary to enter into the historical study of human rights, starting with the foundations of the Universal Declaration.
