Análisis de la propuesta de la Ley para la Regulación Ética de la Inteligencia Artificial para los Estados Unidos Mexicanos

Abstract

In a context in which Artificial Intelligence is increasingly gaining ground in many human activities, the legal field is no exception. However, the incursion of this technological tool into law requires an ethical framework, which, until now, has remained only in legal initiatives. Therefore, this article aims to be a first approach to the analysis of the proposed Artificial Intelligence Laws of the United Mexican States in the light of international legislation.
