Los nuevos paradigmas de la seguridad social en México

Abstract

In this research, social security is analyzed as a key element for the protection of all insured workers as well as their beneficiaries, in the face of contingencies they face in the performance of their employment or for the enjoyment of benefits in money or in kind to which they are entitled. The purpose of determining whether, in the face of new paradigms currently being experienced, social security in Mexico continues to harmoniously protect human needs with sufficient dignity, guaranteeing and expanding progressively and incorporating new risks and social needs.
