El derecho administrativo económico en México: reflexiones en torno a la Ley General de Desarrollo Social

Abstract

The objective of this work is to examine, through the analysis of the General Law of Social Development, the role of the Mexican State in the construction of an administrative-economic law that influences the contradictions between protectionist and globalizing models and their effects of inequality on the standard of living of the population.
