Abstract

This article contains a brief description of the concept of human dignity in the thinking of Manuel Atienza, Rodolfo Vázquez, and Jeremy Waldron as a preamble to the analysis of the notion of human dignity in the workplace, and the interpretative exercises within the jurisprudence and precedents of Spain, Peru, and Mexico.
