Abstract

There is a wide variety of digital media used as means of evidence, each with its own specific technological and technical characteristics. Electronicdocumentary evidence has undergone more significant changes, as its submission, admission, examination, as well as its evaluation and effectiveness,now involve new elements that did not exist in paper-based documents. This raises the question: ¿can public or private electronic documents have fullevidentiary value when challenged or objected to, or is it necessary to change the system for evaluating electronic documentary evidence due to the use ofgenerative intelligent systems?
