El impacto de la perspectiva de género en el ámbito de la justicia penal en los casos de la violencia sexual

Abstract

Gender perspective is the theoretical and analytical tool that facilitates transformative changes within the legal domain to effectively realise women’s rights. The initial section of this study examines recent legislative reforms addressing offences that infringe upon sexual liberty and security. The subsequent section highlights practices that perpetuate the re-victimisation of complainants of these offences and elucidates mechanisms embedded within the National Code of Criminal Procedure designed to ensure their protection and safety.
