Over the past five decades, Mexico has navigated a complex and dynamic path in technology regulation. From the 1976 law, which laid the groundwork for intellectual property protection in computing, to recent initiatives seeking to regulate artificial intelligence, the country has demonstrated a growing concern for adapting its legal framework to the challenges posed by technological innovation.
