Matrimonio igualitario: un derecho violentado en Chiapas

Abstract

This article discusses the issue of egalitarian marriage, a right that has sought to be seen in recent months. The context of the theme is due to the Chiapas territory, plagued by a diverse ideology from its own constitution: indigenous groups, migrants and inhabitants in general. A brief description of the context, legal framework and an expositionof the subject that incites the reading of a pending subject in the state of Chiapas is given.
