Abstract

On June 18, 2016 was implemented —throughout the national territory— the accusatory criminal procedural system created by the Constitutional Reform of Security and Justice in 2008. In the present work we can verify that this system is well below standardsOf the true model accusatory criminal procedural. We will analyze the experiences of Chile and Mexico and see that both tried to adopt the genuine accusatory criminal system, included part of it in their legislation, were unable to operate it and were forcedto give a 180 degree swoop (half a turn).
