Abstract

In this paper the change in agrarian regulation is evident, placing the change of legal concepts in relation to the social, economic and political world, contributing data and explaining why the rural sector is in crisis and why the peasant class, Is the one that suffers the effects of the capitalist system of accumulation. Paradoxically, this system engenders within itself, not the germ of its own destruction, as Karl Marx would at one time write, but the germ of its permanent renewal —also as the author— himself analyzes it. “Accumulation”, is a constant accumulation in the capitalist economic model.
