La bioética y el bioderecho. Una reflexión iusfilosófica

Abstract

In this essay, a reflection is made from the philosophy of law on the ethicalimplications of biotechnology, both in the field of medicine and in the field ofthe environment. The relationship between the life sciences (biology) and theethical principles that influence the emergence of bioethics is analyzed. Fromthe distinction between the object of study of the general theory of law and thephilosophy of law, between the world of being and should be legal, the originand institutionalization of biolaw as an emerging law is investigated.
