Abstract

In the neoliberal period, modifications were made to the structure of the public administration to carry out the implementation of regulatory mechanisms in certain areas of the economy. These modifications reconfigured the state administrative structure and, consequently, public law has been transforming to give way to new legal relationships that allow the reproduction of the capitalist system in its national and transnational space.
