Abstract
This article is the second part of the article published in Issue 121 of this journal and focuses on the analysis of the Amnesty Law enacted in April 2020 during the administration of Andrés Manuel López Obrador. It examines the law within the context of structural violence and the deterioration of the criminal justice system resulting from the militarization of public security. The article studies this law as an instrument of transitional justice aimed at social reconciliation, analyzes its link to inequality and the classist nature of the administration of justice, and specifically reviews the provisions that benefited women, young people, and members of Indigenous communities, as well as its main scope and limitations.Additional Files
